| French speaking customer services Representative Wanted in Cairo French speaking customer services Representative Wanted in Cairo Start Date: March/April 2010 Location : 6th October Salary: 2,548 EGP Gross salary and a 220 EGP performance bonus per month Contract type : Full time (8 working hour per day, from 9 am to 5 pm, or from 3 pm to 11 pm). 2 days off per week. Experience required: 0-3 years of customer services experience, Fluent French Subcategory : Customer Services, call centre Consultant : Camille Hubert Ref number: CH54321 Would you like to relocate near the pyramids and work for a constant growing leading company? My client is currently looking for bilingual (Arabic/French) Customer Service agents to join its successful team. As an employee, your tasks will be to answer queries over the phone and to provide the best advices to foreign customers. You will have to deal with On-line reservations, airlines ticketing and hotel reservations by using software such as Sabre. Skills required ► Native Arabic speaker/ Egyptian nationality ► Fluent French ► 0-3 years of experience in Call centre/ Sales or as a Customer Service Representative ► Previous experience in the tourism industry an asset ►Good communication skills My client is offering here a great opportunity of career in an international company and a relevant experience on a CV.
